Cozzmic's MyPhone portal allows you to view and edit information about your account or business extension.
Note that you may not have access to all features listed here, based on your phone plan.
To login, open a web browser and go to https://myphone.cozzmic.ca or https://myphone2.cozzmic.ca/ or the , based on where your account has been setup. Login with your email address and enter your password as provided by Cozzmic.
This is the first page you will be shown. It allows you to change your email address, password, and Voicemail PIN. The email address is used both for you login to MyPhone, as well as for your voicemail to email messages. The password is used to login to the MyPhone portal. The PIN is used to login to your voicemail.
For business customers, this page shows a list of other phones on your system. You can view their extensions or email them by clicking on the email icon.
This page allows you to play and manage your voicemail messages.
This page allows you to manage your enhanced services, such as Call Forwarding and Call Filters and Blocking. For more information, see the Features section.
This page displays your call history. You can see both incoming and outgoing calls on this page.
The Search/Filter button will display search criteria so you may view calls made on a certain date for example.
The Listen feature is only available if you have Call Recording, and allows you to listen to the selected recorded call.
Call will allow you to call the other number in a selected call.
Print will print the current call records. Email will email the current call records to an email address of your choosing.
Advanced will give you options to delete recordings (if Call Recording is available) and to download the call records as a CSV.
