Operating Hours

Operating Hours

By setting Operating Hours on a phone number or Auto Attendant, you can have after hours calls go direct to an after hours message (Auto Attendant or Voicemail) or to an emergency phone number, similar to an after hours service. If you are working outside of normal operating hours, you can also manually open hours.

Dial *401 to open operating hours and dial *402 to close operating hours. Note that if you manually open operating hours, you should also manually close operating hours. If you do not close operating hours, the system will close for you at 12 AM and revert back to the normal operating schedule.

You can also dial *403 to reset the operation hours schedule immediately.
