Update Polycom Firmware

If your phone requires a firmware update, you can do this on each phone with the following directions:
  1. Hold 1-4-7 on your phone for 5 to 10 seconds. This will show your phone details with the IP Address at the top.  A series of 4 numbers with a dot between them (i.e. 192.168.1.100)
  2. In a browser, enter the IP address in the address bar using https.  (i.e. https://192.168.1.100/) This will bring up the login page for your phone.
  3. Leave the Login as Admin and enter the password provided by Cozzmic.
  4. On the following screen, hover over Utilities and select Software Upgrade
  5. Click the button that says Check for Updates and the phone will download the list of available updates.
  6. When that has completed, open the drop down menu and select the firmware you want to update to.  Usually this will be the most recent at the bottom of the list.  Then click Install.
  7. The phone will download the update and reboot.
