Voicemail

How to access Voicemail?

1. To check your voicemail from your desk phone, dial 5001 and it will ask you the voicemail pin (default 2357). 

2. To check your voicemail from any other desk phone, dial 5000 and it will ask you to enter the account number (3 or 4 digit extension number) and then voicemail pin (default 2357).

If you don't know the voicemail pin, send an email to support@cozzmic.com and someone will assist you asap.​
