Which Server do you have?
In 2023, Cozzmic added a new server platform for our phone services. Rather than migrate customers to the new server, and likely increase costs, we are maintaining both servers in order to avoid undue chaos and not make changes to the system that customers are used to unnecessarily. If there is a need or desire, we can move customers to the new server. If we have identified a feature that is only available on the new server that is beneficial to your company, we will have approached you with the opportunity to update.
Sky
Starting in 2023, we started adding new customers to our Sky server. There are a couple of ways to determine if your system is on this server:
- If you dial *62 or 5001 to get to your voicemail, you are on the Sky server.
- If you go to https://portal.cozzmic.ca to access your online portal, you are on the Sky server.
Legacy
If you received phone services before 2023, you will be on our Legacy Server. Additionally, you can also check the following:
- If you dial *98 to get to your voicemail, you are on the Legacy Server.
- If you access the online portal with a URL starting with myphone, you are on the Legacy server.
